Budle bay campsite is now open

*Please note there are some restrictions on site* 

As government guidance has allowed for the reopening of campsites across the country we are pleased to welcome you back to Budle Bay Campsite. Thank you all for your support during this difficult time!

Budle Bay Campsite is now open, with some restrictions to bookings and on the site. We are confident that 2m social distancing can be maintained on site. Our toilets are currently closed but will reopen on FRIDAY 10 JULY. However our shower block will remain closed until further notice, until we receive guidance from the government on how to operate it safely. At the moment we are unable to maintain the 2m distance and keep the block rigorously clean, for the safety of our staff and guests.

For the moment, all guests on site will need to bring their own toilet and washing/shower provisions until we are able to reopen the toilet block. From Friday 10 July guests will be welcome to use the toilet block but will still need to bring their own provisions for washing and showering.

Tents and huts are currently unavailable but will also be open to book again from FRIDAY 10 JULY. Huts will be available to book through our booking site. Tents will also be able to book through our site, however if you need electricity for your pitch please let us know in the notes of your booking or upon arrival.

Re-booking your stay

If you have already booked a stay with us while we are closed due to the government directive, we are able to reschedule your stay up to March 2021 (bank holidays excluded). Please contact us at for further details and to arrange.
